KinAnswer is a service of Byrne Capital Ventures LLC ("KinAnswer," "we," "us"). By using kinanswer.com or a KinAnswer assistant on a home care agency's website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
KinAnswer provides an AI assistant that answers questions for non-medical home care agencies and helps schedule free in-home care assessments. KinAnswer is not a home care provider, and nothing in the assistant's responses is medical advice. Assessments are performed by the independent agency you contact, and decisions about care are made by that agency.
The KinAnswer text messaging program is operated by Byrne Capital Ventures LLC. When you provide your mobile number on a website form or chat and request contact, you agree to receive text messages from or on behalf of the agency you contacted about your inquiry, including messages that schedule, confirm, remind you about, or follow up on an in-home care assessment, and replies to questions you send us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@kinanswer.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose — asking about home care services and scheduling assessments — and not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it in violation of any law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byrne Capital Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The assistant may occasionally make mistakes; please confirm important details with the agency directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
