KinAnswer is a service of Byrne Capital Ventures LLC ("KinAnswer," "we," "us"). We provide an AI assistant that helps non-medical home care agencies respond to inquiries and schedule in-home care assessments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide. When you contact an agency through a KinAnswer assistant — on a website, by phone, or by text — we collect the details you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your messages or calls, including information about the care you are asking about.
Information collected automatically. When you visit kinanswer.com or an agency page running our assistant, we receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the service.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm in-home care assessments, pass your request to the agency you contacted, provide and improve our service, and comply with the law. We do not use your information to make decisions about your eligibility for care; those decisions belong to the agency.
When you provide your mobile number and ask to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages about your inquiry — for example, scheduling, confirming, or following up on an in-home care assessment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only as described in the next section, to operate the service and deliver your request to the agency you contacted.
We share information only in these limited ways: (1) with the home care agency you asked to contact, so they can respond and schedule your assessment; (2) with service providers who help us operate KinAnswer (such as hosting and communications providers), who may use it only to provide their services to us; and (3) when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
